MasterCard Academy - Creating the new digital online catalogue and web experiences
Mastercard Academy is a European-based company, a member of the Mastercard conglomerate, which offers courses for professional individuals and companies.
Mastercard Academy users can choose to apply between three different types of courses. Each course type offers a list of classes in various categories. They have an online website where it is possible to download an interactive PDF catalogue with a list of courses and further details.
The client had a very basic-and-unbranded website and online catalog which needed a redesign and refresh. Mastercard was recently rebranded, and so this project needed to follow the most up-to-date brand guidelines.
The original catalog was a simple plain A4 portrait PDF. The challenge was to redesign it and turn it into a fully interactive PDF where it is possible to jump between sections and search for content quickly.
In addition to the PDF, I have redesigned the website which hosts the catalog. The challenge with the site was to re-organise the UX so that the catalog would be in a more prominent position and the users would be more likely to download it.
